The ‘All Inclusive’ program, based on PCLA’s TriFive model is designed to establish you as a professional coach, with the ability to lead yourself and others in thriving relationship. This comprehensive training will teach you coaching and leadership skills to effectively use at each stage of relationship development. Three dynamic focus areas; Relationships, Coaching and Leadership and five development areas; Communication, Connection, Commitment, Collaboration and Celebration will be taught in PCLA’s highly interactive and experiential program. You will have the opportunity to apply the coaching skills you are learning in real time.  Whether you plan to start a coaching business or use the skills in the workplace, PCLA is an investment in lasting change that will continue long after the training ends.

PCLA All Inclusive training has 3 phases:
Skills Training: 5 months of interactive training in PCLA’s TriFive Model.
• Designing a Passion Project: During Module 4 & 5, time will be given to design a passion project that will focus on relationship building, using coaching skills and leading a program.
Mentoring and Passion Project Phase: 10 hours of mentoring support through the passion project phase. We allow 5-6 months for the passion project and mentoring hours to be completed.

The PCLA All Inclusive training is an Accredited ACSTH (Accredited Coach Specific Training Hours) program with accreditation through International Coaching Federation (ICF), the authority on professional coaching. Upon completion, CoachLeader participants will have the necessary coach training hours to apply for credentialing through the ICF.

PHASE 1: Skills Training

Communication: Creating a Coaching Culture

The focus in this module is on establishing the relationship. Three ICF coaching core competencies; Establishing the Coaching Agreement, Coaching Presence and Establishing Trust and Intimacy will be taught. Participants learn relationship communication skills as well as what needs to be communicated when establishing a relationship. The Leadership Principal “Modeling Emotional Intelligence” is introduced with focus on self-awareness.

Connection: Mission of Coaching and Leading

The focus in this module is on alliance in relationship. Participants will learn the ICF coaching core competencies of Active Listening, Powerful Questioning, and Creating Awareness. These competencies support connection to beliefs, values, and principles both personal and organizational. Participants will learn how to support employees to inspire a personal vision to build on. The Leadership Principle of Empathetic Understanding and how it supports us through conflict to connection will be taught.

Commitment: Challenging the Partnership and Process

The focus in this module is on flow in the relationship. Participants learn the ICF coaching core competencies of Direct Communication, Designing Actions and Planning & Goal Setting. Participants discover how to support others through challenges and roadblocks so they can continue to move forward by practicing theLeadership Principle of Positive Challenging.

Collaboration: Co-Creating to Maximize Desired Outcomes

The focus in this module is on accomplishment through relationship. In this module we teach the ICF coaching core competency, Managing Progress and Accountability. Coaching is a ‘co-‘ relationship.  The Coach and Client co-create the relationship.  Learning how to partner with your client and collaboratively work toward agreed upon outcomes will empower your client to become their own Leader!  In Collaboration, we will focus on the Leadership Principle of Empowerment.

Celebration: Acknowledging Progress, Encouraging Others and Promoting Passion

In our final module, participants integrate all the material they’ve learned. Exploration of the model through the lens of self, others (people we coach), and the workplace or community at large helps to deepen the learning. This is a model that works with one on one relationship or relationship in groups or teams. Participants will learn advanced skills of acknowledgement, encouragement, and championing to inspire others in passionate and purposeful work.

PHASE II: Designing Passion Project

In this phase, PCLA Participants will begin designing their passion projects.  PCLA Coach Trainers will facilitate discussions in Modules 4 and 5 to support the participants exploration of their passion project.

PHASE III: Mentoring and Passion Project Phase

Mentoring, Supervision and Passion Project

The PCLA team will be mentoring and supervising the coach through the 5-6 month passion project phase including:

  • 10 hours of mentoring to give feedback on coaching skills. 
  • Once a month webinars to check in and continue the learning from ‘real life’ experience and continue to build the cohorts coaching community.
  • Tools and Resources to support their ongoing growth and development.

Once Phase 3 is completed, you will have a solid foundation for either developing a coaching business or coaching programs for your workplace!

Workplace CoachLeader Approach

The WPCLA (Workplace CoachLeader Approach) addresses real work experiences and how to use a coachleader approach.  From one-on-one meetings to team meetings to performance reviews, the WPCLA will help you propel your communication and leadership to the next level.

WPCLA offers six (6) full days of coachleader training.  A CoachLeader learns the eight (8) ICF Coaching Core Competencies along with five (5) leadership practices when combined give a powerful foundation for employee engagement and empowered cultures.

Classes meet 2 days a month for 3 months and are taught by Professional Coaches and Leadership Experts.
