The PCLA All Inclusive training is based on the TRIFIVE model designed to develop thriving relationships through training in coaching skills and solid leadership practices. The comprehensive year-long All Inclusive program is interactive and practical resulting in a sustainable positive culture change customized to the needs and values of your organization. It’s an investment in lasting change that will continue long after the training ends.

Skills Training: 5 months of professional coach and leadership training
Roll Out Plan to Replicate Leaders: 1 month to develop an organizational coaching and leadership roll out plan
Ensuring Sustainable Change: 6 months of mentoring support to integrate the TRIFIVE model into your organization.

The PCLA All Inclusive training is an Accredited ACSTH (Accredited Coach Specific Training Hours) program with accreditation through International Coach Federation (ICF), the authority on professional coaching. Upon completion, Coaching Team participants will have the necessary coach training hours to apply for credentialing through the ICF.

Collaboration: Co-Creating to Maximize Desired Outcomes

The focus in this module is on accomplishment through relationship. In this module we teach the ICF coaching core competency, Managing Progress and Accountability. This is a model that works with one on one relationship or relationship in groups or teams. Employees will learn advanced skills of acknowledgement, encouragement, and championing to inspire others in passionate and purposeful work.

PHASE II: Roll Out Leadership Replication Plan

Team Coaching

LEAD-Leadership, Empowerment And Discovery-Creating a High Performing Team! LEAD is designed for groups or teams who want to take a pro-active approach in developing relationships and accelerating performance. The program focuses on team empowerment through the perspective of relationship development, using leadership skills and the coaching process as a means to creating a high performing team. The program uses a 5-tier system to help facilitate a team’s growth in who they are as well as what they do. Shawn Preuss, Master Certified Coach, who has spent 40 years building and working with teams, developed this system.

Learn the 5C’s approach for what is most needed at each stage of relationship development:

Communication — Communication is the foundation of all relationship. How well we communicate will determine the strength of the team.

Connection —Connection is most needed through conflict. Conflict is a healthy function of team growth. When you have a solid foundation to connect back to, your team will survive the storm!

Commitment — Commitment is determination to do whatever it takes, to persist in the face of obstacles. In commitment we will explore the motivating force behind the promises you make to yourself and others and how to transform that promise into reality.

Collaboration — Collaboration is working with others to create something. In collaboration we will explore how to empower others and ourselves through cooperation, how to encourage positive interdependence and to develop standards of mutuality.

Celebration — In Celebration we are realizing the intentional steps you have taken in your teams’ growth and transformation as well as focusing on how you celebrate for the contributions you make and the impact you have in your team.

What you can expect:

  • To give you tools and resources to help you in the process of developing a high performing team.
  • To teach you leadership practices that you can use to lead your team and yourself.
  • To teach you coaching skills as a way of being ‘coachlike’ in your team development.
  • To coach you to a higher level of self-awareness and self-management developing your emotional intelligence, which is a key factor in successful teams.

Leadership Retreats

We Co-Partner with your organization to facilitate a restorative retreat that gives your leaders the opportunity to ‘re-charge’, ‘re-focus’ and ‘re-commit’ to what is important to them as individuals and to the organization as a whole. We like to incorporate play, learning and fellowship in service of the organizations intentions for the retreat. Whether the retreat is focused on a topic, such as ‘leadership’ or project, we will facilitate and coach you through the process.
