OFFERS INTERACTIVE TRAINING SEMINARS
FOR SAUK PRAIRIE CHAMBER MEMBERS!
PCLA will offer once-a-month interactive training seminars that takes leaders and employees through key coaching and leadership practices skills training. Participants gain information that will improve their relationships at work — and in general throughout life. Each session is also intensely practical with participants applying concepts to situations and scenarios within their organizations as part of the seminar itself.
Each Seminar will have general training and then breakouts for a Leader/Manager Track and for an Employee Track. Outcomes for both are higher levels of relatability, improved communication skills, and deeper engagement in the workplace.
Seminars run once a month for 4 hours at a selected Chamber location.

SEMINAR #1 COMMUNICATION: CORE POWER AND INCREASING EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND LEADERSHIP CONFIDENCE.
Outcomes: Understanding what drives our communication, what gets in the way of effective communication and how to become a more confident leader through increasing your EQ.
SEMINAR #2 COMMUNICATION: ESTABLISHING TRUST, GETTING AGREEMENT AND BEING ATTENTIVE.
Outcomes: Having a framework to support clear communication, skills to help attentiveness in communication and practices to support developing and establishing trust and respect in relationship.
SEMINAR #3 CONNECTION: WORKING WITH DIVERSITY THROUGH ACTIVE LISTENING AND POWERFUL QUESTIONING.
Outcomes: Understanding the different mindsets of leading and relating. Skills to enhance and deepen any relationship. Frameworks for communicating through conflict and bridging ‘role’ gaps.
SEMINAR #4 COMMITMENT: INSPIRE OTHERS THROUGH POSITIVE CHALLENGING AND BREAK THROUGH THE STATUS QUO THROUGH CO-DESIGNING AUDACIOUS ACTION.
Outcomes: Understanding the barriers to change and skills to help others break through those barriers. How to motivate others out of their comfort zone and into excellence.
SEMINAR #5 COLLABORATION: CO-PARTNERING AND CO-CREATING TO MANAGE AND HOLD ACCOUNTABLE THE COLLECTIVE DESIRES FOR PERFORMANCE AND PRODUCTIVITY.
Outcomes: How to empower others toward self-accountability. Skills to work as a team and on a team. Exercises to facilitate ‘team movement’ toward desired outcomes.
SEMINAR #6 CELEBRATION: BUILDING THE ORGANIZATION THROUGH BUILDING EACH OTHER.
Outcomes: How to integrate the CoachLeader skills, walk the talk and adapt your leadership or relating style to meet the need at hand. How to recruit and retain top talent through the use of the 5 C’s in daily practice.
