Preuss CoachLeader Academy uses a relationship-based model combining leadership practices and coaching skills to help you experience “Meaning-full Relationships, Purpose-full Lives, and Success-full Businesses.” You will graduate from this program with the coaching and leadership skills to transform your relationships to become the consummate “CoachLeader.”

Program Details

We offer two options; All Inclusive which includes a practicum and Training Specific which is specific to training only with no practicum.  Read below for more detail.

 

TRACK 1 – ALL INCLUSIVE

The All-Inclusive program offers 130 hours of coachleader training, mentoring and supervision to use toward your ICF credential. The program consists of 5 virtual modules focused on coach/leadership training, practicums, readings and assignments. Each module consists of 15 hours of class time. In addition, the All-Inclusive track includes a 6-month practicum phase in which we support you virtually in establishing coaching in your workplace or as your profession.

TRACK 2 – TRAINING SPECIFIC

The Training Specific Program offers 85 hours of coachleader training to use toward your ICF credential. The program consists of 5 virtual modules focused on coach/leadership training, practicums, readings and assignments. Each module consists of 15 hours of class time with 3-4 hours of homework each module.

With a focus on leadership, Shawn’s passion is to empower relationship through the art and science of coaching.

We will find out a little about you and be able to answer your questions about the training prior to registering. At the completion of the phone conference, you will be redirected back to the website to register. Thank you.

We will reach out to you for a phone conference. After our initial discussion and your commitment through down payment, we will send you a specific syllabus and logistical details.

Track 2–Training Specific program includes the training and workbook. Training is 5 months for a total cost of: 4,000.00

Payment Terms: 1/3 down payment to hold your spot!  Balance in two installments will be invoiced to you.

After March 1st:
