We are passionate about coaching and driven to create community, connection and collaboration for professional coaches! If you’ve felt like you’ve been hanging out there since your coach training, or that you’ve lost touch with your coaching community, or wonder if you are staying on top of current coaching techniques, CoachLeader Café may be the home your looking for! Join us once a month for 3 hours of learning, creative sharing and building friendships with other professional coaches.
As a participant in CoachLeader Café, you:
Obtain training and instruction from ICF Credentialed Coach Trainers.
Freshen your coaching skills immediately and apply new learning with your coaching peers.
Learn through a variety of modalities, including hands on experience, skill drills, observation, journaling, reflection, and sharing.
Build relationships and work in a learning community of professional coaches.
Monthly Workshops for professional coaches to sharpen their coaching skills and learn from each other as well as an MCC Coach Advisor.
Our goal is to strengthen the coaching community and provide interactive continuing education on a regular basis.
You will receive 3.0 ICF CCE’s per Cafe’- 30 CCE’s for all 10!
Saturdays, Once a month 9-12N
Costs: $75/Workshop or $600 for all 10 if paid upfront. (A discount of $150.00!)

Led by MCC Coach, Shawn Preuss who co-taught the UW-Professional Life Coaching Certificate for 5 years and the UW-Workplace Coaching Certificate and now trains and develops professional coaches full time. Preuss CoachLeader Coaches will also be supporting the community.
